      Pros

      It's hard to describe everything here but the work culture is awesome! Not gonna talk about the pay which is awesome btw; but the work-life balance is splendid! It's a total remote culture, and you have an unlimited PTO policy, professional development allowance and a lot many other things!

      Cons

      Well, none that I can think of but yes you might miss the office culture!
