Pros
> Nice working environment. Everyone is very supportive. > Workload is not much but don't expect free time as well. > A lot of learning. I'm working from more than 1 year and I expect still it will take more than 1 year to just fully understand how things are working. > Management is really good. They appreciate your ideas. > Colleagues and other teams all behave like close friends. > Salary package and hikes according to individual's performance. # New technologies. # New platforms. # Table Tennis. :) # Outings.
Cons
> Little parking space. > No Canteen in the office and very limited options available outside. > Minor Hygiene issue. But I think these do not matter if compare with Pros.
