Pros

No pros except for the fact you can work at different locations and events.

Cons

- Lowest paying agency, starting at £6.10. - Jobs that state are 12 hour shifts are deceitful as you only get paid for about 8 hours within them. - Hardly any texts messages/shifts available, only had a maximum of 1 per week, too many of these texts are far too last minute and are sent an hour before a shift starts on the actual day. - Unfair treatment. - Unprofessional management. - Rude and unhelpful office when you call in the RE office, they seem unbothered to talk, always seem tired and unhappy and constantly sighing, whilst you're phoning them. - Discrimination - Couples are not allowed to work together. - Everyone who I've met in RE has either moved to a different hospitality company or is wanting to. - No chance of career progression. Other review below is a complete lie, probably posted by an RE manager themselves.

Pros

Kind recruitment team however fake.

Cons

I am a student and I was looking to work with a company that allows flexible hours. However the company itself takes advantage of the students desperate need for quick money. On my last shift I had to work 12 hours straight with 1 hour lunch break which they measured for every millisecond and then a week later I got a paycheck for 70£ for the 12 hours of work that I have worked under festival speed and pressure!!!!! Which is mind blowing for a company that likes to advertise themselves as friendly and professional. l complained to payroll since which they replied ina rude manner said sorry and showed no sign to help me in this situation. On that shift I had to sign in everywhere they located me under the name of "easy bar work" I had to work as replenishment and runner and carry really heavy packs of alcohol which I had to do under huge amount of pressure and without no health and safety induction. Which they could also be sued for by the way. The whole company and the work environment is really unorganised and unprofessional and I feel like they should be ashamed to work under conditions like this. Their whole staff and people that work as managers on shifts are highly incapable rude and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone to work here. It is disgusting.
