      Pros

      Compensation was decent for the role I was hired for. I also enjoyed the candidate process (but looks were extremely deceptive).

      Cons

      There are poor opportunities for diverse talent in a non-profit space. With a non-inclusive environment, I wasn't given a chance to thrive, nor was I set up for success, which was the exact language communicated to me from the person to whom I directly reported.

      The people who work here, especially the younger people are great.

      Cons

      Middle management will bully you, the flexibility they advertise is non-existent for most teams, and managers aren't held accountable.

      Working with many excellent and devoted colleagues, working with a fantastic office manager, and the capacity to support some of the program members.

      Cons

      Frequently confusing and contradictory communication from management and insufficient accountability or support from management.
