      Pros

      Cutting-edge product and business, blending AI and creativity, with a dynamic and inclusive culture. Very flat structure, brilliant yet humble founders, huge amount of respect for each individual on the team

      Cons

      A small, fast-growing company. Need to be comfortable with ambiguity and change. Also, if working outside Israel, need to be comfortable with predominantly remote culture.

      great people and culture, really look after their employees and prioritize it.

      Cons

      the product was solid and the timing in the market was great but the execution was way off. always felt like there was no real direction and there was a lack of leadership to drive the company in the right direction
