Cons
Housekeep will terminate your contract as soon as you are in sight of passsing your probation and get paid £0.50 more per hour. It doesn't matter that you had all 5* reviews, like me, got great tips and got 0 cancellations since you started and good fulfillment of your jobs. Being a good cleaner doesn't matter. They don't want to pay you 0.50 pence more per hour. £13.50 per hour is the reason I have been made redundant today. With the next two jobs I would have passed my probation with flying colours. We are all cogs and disposable. They are ready to ask you to work 6 hours in two different parts of London, only with 60 minutes between jobs ( including the bus transfer). So you are going to be constantly scrambling between clients that underestimate the cleaning time they need and jobs that might be in adiacent boroughs, but quite far apart, if using public transport. This was my experience.
