There is always jobs available and there is always someone to help you with any problems. Flexible working hours quite easy to work around busy lifestyles eg. Single parent or carer

Cons

Sometimes customers don’t cancel jobs in appropriate time so you show up for their clean and they are not home. Customers are not always clear as to what and how they want certain things done.
