RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Houston Methodist full-time for less than a year
Pros
I’ve worked at 4 different hospitals as a full time nurse prior to being employed by Houston Methodist. Our Walter Tower surgical suites are beautiful and state of the art. This is hands down the best place to work, they really care about their employees and my worst day here is still better than most days at the previous hospitals I’ve worked at! We get a quarterly bonus, Hero bonus, and we’re also getting a bonus for taking the covid vaccines! Dr. Marc Boom is incredible, we’ve been getting daily emails from him to update us on the covid status, he always keep us in the loop as best as he can. During the Capitol riot, he even sent out an email prayer. I’ve never experienced a CEO like him in my career.
Cons
Christmas decorations are gone too soon
