Pros

GREAT health insurance package. Hours are great too (7:45 am -4:30pm). A family feel. If you like living life on repeat, where you come in, do your job, and don't care about climbing the ladder, then this is a great job for you! If you can survive the place for a few years you can go work at better aviation places!

Cons

Applied for one position and was hired as another with a lower offer. VERY closed minded on bringing the company out of the dark ages. If you voice an opinion or offer a suggestion to make things more modern or easier in a process, you are looked down on or possibly let go. If you are a go-getter and want to make things happen, this is not the place for you. If you are a female... you will NOT be taken seriously... the place is run by all older men who think that management and running a business is "men's work." If they let you go, they deceive you by saying they want to show you something or talk to you, then take you out to the entry of the building, deactivating your badge, and do not allow you to collect your own things... no verbal warning, no written warnings, nothing. They humiliate you as if you are a criminal and don't even tell you why you have been let go. They just hand you a letter saying that day was your last day.
