      People are great everyone has good iniatitives and are nice to each other

      Cons

      Management seem not to understand how to organize software and product development teams in a contemporary way.

      Pros

      The colleagues were wonderful. The non-work aspect of the company is wonderful. The People team really makes you feel welcome and at home. The office is lovely and the perks were nice (eg. you can charge your EV for free).

      Cons

      This company will not be scaleable with the current leadership it has. The C-Level is completely out of touch with the reality of this business, i.e. they don't seem to either realize or just want to ignore the fact that in order to make something grow, you must have a solid foundation and build from there. This is absolutely not the case. All decisions made are reactionary at best.
