Nice co-workers. That is literally all there is.

Cons

The management is absolutely horrible, they dont respect their employees, they are no staff benefits, you have to pay a "tip-out" every week which goes to cutlery but they are covering it up by saying it goes to the kitchen staff. So many absurd notes and "rules" hanging around everywhere reflecting the negative environment there is here. People quit all the time and there are no further career opportunities here.

The girls you work with. Seriously nothing else

Cons

Dont give staff meals. Managers constantly yell at you in front of customers. Owner smokes in office regularly. Constantly stealing from bartenders.
