      Unhealthy work environment leading to high turnover rate, slowing ability to reach potential

      Provides the opportunity to work in a field you are passionate in.

      Cons

      Managers don't look out for employees. Mistreatment was common and action was slow to be taken to correct it once reported. Aggressors were protected. Low pay, expectation to work nights and weekends. Terrible communication across the board.
