Pros

Great Product in a competitive market makes the work interesting.

Cons

Work environment is declining. Farewells happening weekly recently for both older joiners and new ones. The company seems not to give a care about that. Policies changes suddenly without even courtesy to announce to employees (rather than they should discuss with employees). HR decided suddenly recently to make the 30 remote days to be locally inside the country only and not abroad. Also that decision got applied before end of year so it's applied retrospectively. They also require 5 days a week work from office. Benefits are stripped away one by one, like also the employee app discount. The environment is really challenging for career growth or even for personal growth because of lack of available time to learn, you always have to work after hours just to keep up (this is a company wide problem in tech team). Also very challenging performance bar that makes it nearly impossible to grow in career ladder inside the company. And recently, it's becoming also more and more challenging to keep ur "performing" or "mid-year on-track" status. Unfortunately also nobody seems to see what the employees are burning themselves for or even to appreciate that. On the contrary, they seem to make it more and more of a survival fight to keep ur contract renewed next year and not to fail in evaluation. The company is becoming very hard for anyone who wants to grow, or to even have a healthy work-life balance. For the money part, the salaries are still in the market higher average considering the yearly bonus and DH shares. But other companies in the market are now paying the same amount too or more.
