Pros
Great base pay Flexible hours (This is also a CON for new CWN's) Fight fire and save lives! Overtime payed out on an over 8 hour day IE 12 hour day=4 hours of OT!!! Downtime, can also be a con! Fires are not predicable and you may have days where there is not much to do! Great company Moral and professionalism!
Cons
1st year CWN's typically get very few hours KEEP YOUR DAY JOB! Tha management WILL work around your hours! You work in the HEAT -Stay hydrated!!!
