Middle Management have no management skills and they are bullies. They act like they are helping, but turn everything you say around to write you up. Extremely high turnover. New Research management kicked the men out and filled all management positions with women, many with no Research experience. There is backbiting and mean spirited actions. I monitored there once and found an absolute mess in the Research data. I had a co-monitor with me and he found many other even more concerning issues. However, their response was to set up a rule that no one who has ever worked for Huntsman can monitor. What are they afraid of? Huntsman HR, except Joey who is rarely there, are no help. HR is in bed with the poor management. Never work there. You will be sorry you did.

Pay wasn't great and they only consider raises once a year...unless it's COVID and decide to freeze raises and then you have to wait a whole other year before negotiating a raise. Bottom line, negotiate hard before you take the job.
