An organisation with out competences

Pros

It is an unorganized organization and there for lots of room for people that are self motivated and what a job where there is more focus on you potential than you skills.

Cons

Leadership is unqualified and are you are women you are likely to have sexist comments in 1:1 It is a use and abused organization. That will push people to work more that 60hours. Most people Quit as a result of stress and bound out.

It's like a cult - they think that if they tell you everything is wonderful and great, you will believe it. I won't, and the education does not live up to any industry standards. Students are basically left with online courses that you can buy for 249 SEK.

A strong brand with opportunities to network with good people.

Fluffy business idea with little to no real world value. I've never seen so many coworkers being unwell and having burnout symptoms. That is what a weak business with consistent financial problems and lack of personal development does to people. No possibility for career growth whatsoever - neither skill wise or monetary. Negative results and financial problems since it started in the 90s. Cult like culture that contributes to blinding people for what it really is. Very dangerous. Nepotism at all levels that limits development for employees and ensures job security for managers that are incompetent.
