Pros
Bootstrapped organisation,HyperVerge is a great place to start off your career with. An organisation that focuses on its growth, revenues, markets, products, geographies and employees. -They don't hire aggressively but they aggressively capture new markets and clients. -They are very employee focused and driven to make an impact with their work. -They focus a lot on bringing quality hires onboard and it's a lot of fun to be working with such great ambitious folks. - We recently had an all-company offsite and it was so well planned and organised with the overall agenda to be collaborative and engaging with no work related sessions planned during offsite. - A very inclusive culture. - High focus on individual's growth, professionally and personally.
Cons
We don't market themselves as much as they should. With the global NIST certification and being one of the top global firms in the World, we should increase our social media presence. We should celebrate more often our wins and achievements.

Pros
- Founding team genuinely cares about the health (physical & mental) and growth (personal & professional) of every single person in the organization and that reflects in all members of the org as well. - Brilliant team members across the board (all teams). Energizing atmosphere, get to learn something new every day. - No hierarchy, flat structure. Everyone's voice has an impact - Ample opportunities to grow both in the role that one is performing and internal movements to other challenging opportunities - Culture of honesty, and openness. Experience during the interview process and the ground reality were one and the same (positive through and through)
Cons
Areas of Improvement: For the kind of people, tech, clientele, and culture that HyperVerge has, a lot more people should be made aware of this organization (Increased visibility)

Pros
1. Human first, employee second - HV works by prioritizing the 4Fs - Family, Fun, Finance, and Fitness. If the person is satisfied with these quadrants, they automatically get a self-driven performer. With special emphasis on mental well-being, HV is truly somewhere you can be yourself and flourish. 2. Flexibility - whether it's with leaves or working out of home/office, HV is very flexible. HV has employees who were WFH even before the pandemic since they got married and relocated. HV values its employees. 3. Concern for employees during COVID - in spite of being a bootstrapped org with revenues severely during COVID, there were no pay cuts or layoffs. Special medical insurance packages were introduced for COVID which included your parents/in laws too. WFH set up incentives were also provided. 4. Chance to give back to society - what's unique about HV is its contribution team which is like a CSR dept but not govt mandated. This dept has helped small business owners with 0% loans during COVID times and currently they are helping out college drop outs(due to financial reasons) from tier 2/3 cities with a 6-month program to get them employed in some of the best tech companies. 5. Opportunity to grow - you are not restricted to your JD. You have ample opportunity to take up parallel projects and you will receive every support possible. From exposure to mentors and incentives for health and learning, HV is the place to grow!

Pros
HyperVerge is focused and learning and development, they have a fast paced culture which holistically grows every employee. The founders, senior leadership try to create a flat structure and are super friendly in that aspect. A great place to learn and grow in the sector. There is a lot of ownership, no limit on leaves or any sort of timings. Completely flexible timings and is extremely easy going work place.
Cons
The downside is that there is some stress associated with rapid growth, if HyperVerge can focus on that it will be great. It works great for ambitious and smart folks. An average employee may not enjoy the experience. s

Pros
No pros at all in the company
Cons
They share equity - there is nothing to boast here. They are not going for any funding rounds. Hence its useless. oBonus - inspite of good performance - they have shared peanuts with the employees Salary - Its not with the market standard at all. All other competitors are giving 2.5x to 4x salary than what we get here. Work Life Balance - zero. You wake up - you work. You are having lunch - you work. You are bombarded with works so much that there is nothing to do any personal work Managers - Most of the Sales, AE related managers are micro-management oriented. They don't have basic empathy towards anyone. Attrition - Last year till date attrition is record high. 50%. All the initial founding team members, Head of Product, Initial and Senior PMS - all have left the company. There are many internal talks within colleagues that they want to leave as early as possible.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Not really a company to work for
Cons
Account executive teams are the worst team. They put so much work pressure on you. They will ensure that you do not have a personal work life balance. Not ready to hire and not ready to pay better than the market standard.
