      no attention to the new people lack of training of system and product management lack accountability

      Cons

      they have people willing to train the new people but arent considered probation reviews arent done properly or lack of a better word arent done at all and this takes away from doing what is expected of you.

      So glad to work at a growing company, earning commission monthly and quarterly Remote work, equipment, training, team building, food in office My leave requests have always been approved

      Cons

      High call quotas during sales periods Not fully remote, required in office 2 times a week and they do check Best commissions in the US sales team
