Pros

HyperionDev is a business responsive to the demands in the market. The business is making the right decisions to position itself well in a global education industry with increasingly complex requirements. Staff from various departments are committed to the students' outcomes. They are continuously improving and responsive to the feedback from our students and partners. The customer-centric culture is key to the business effectively navigating the industry and markets. There are also opportunities for growth if one is willing to explore, learn and develop. If one is ready to step up, the business recognises that and rewards accordingly. If you contribute meaningfully to the business' success, that will not go unseen.

Cons

There have been a few reviews in the past that try to undermine the company and its product. The company is growing and part of that growth often means unpopular but necessary decisions need to be made. The popular decision is not always the right decision. While reading such reviews, it's important to keep the business' operating context in mind.

Pros

Hybrid but that can change at the mood of the CEO at any given time with very little notice. There used be benefits but are being taken away one by one with very little informations as to why except for "cashflow"

Cons

Probably one of the most toxic work environments I have ever found myself in. The CEO is a bully no other way to put it. He attacks people in meeting in front of everyone and makes things about the person and not the problem at hand. He wants things to be done his way and no one dares to challenge him, those that do don't usually last. Most of the senior managers are just pushovers and will just redirect whatever instructions or anger they get from him to their teams. I have seen managers not standup for their teams or even throwing them under the bus. The little benefits that they had are being taken away week by week and if you think you will get good notice or a proper explanation you are wrong. Don't even bother going to HR they are just the CEO's "yes man". The way they do business is also very sketchy, I don't know how students and their partners have not picked that up. If you see any positive reviews just know its the HR team creating fake profiles and writing them to try and sanitise their reputation. To top it off they are not paying people's leave days out, even though it is stipulated in the end of service agreement, unless you take legal steps. Poor and unethical business practices, it's just a matter of time before it all comes crumbling down. I wish those who see these reviews take them seriously and run for their lives. Your employment contract means almost nothing, policies about hybrid work can change at any given time and you will be forced to sign new policies whenever they change them.
