      Pros

      - Great set of colleagues, very smart and collaborative - Flexible hours, no clock watching - Ambitious leadership, open communication regarding plans and challenges - Opportunities for quick growth - High productivity environment all around

      Cons

      - Often long hours - Work gets delegated quickly to you if you show the ability and appetite, so you need to consicously maintain your work-life balance - Growth conversations aren't a given and depend on your manager, so you need to communicate about your needs, goals and priorities
