Pros

One of the best companies to work for in the Vancouver tech scene. The software product we sell is very innovative and is gaining traction in the market. As part of the sales team, it's gratifying to see the positive reaction from prospects and customers. The office is located in Yaletown in a open space that's cozy and has a great vibe. Even though I have flexibility to work from home, I actually enjoy being in the office! Management team is smart, and has it together. They make culture a top priority and talk about it often. My VP is very open to hearing my ideas and letting me run with them. It's a 'work hard, play hard' culture. Perks include subsidized gym membership, dog friendly and nerf gun friendly.

Cons

The company is still in early stages and lacks processes in some areas like HR. Improvements have been made to systems recently but it takes time to do all the training. We still are not that well known, but have recently seen this changing in the market.
