Management is horrible. Expectations are unrealistic. Mind games galore. Was hired to do one thing, and was left out to dry with zero support. Asked to sell something they never actually provided. Something out of nothing. Seems to be the case around there. Do one thing good, transfer cad data to different formats. The rest is spaghetti on the wall. Enter at your own risk.

Chaotic is the most frequently used word to describe work at I-Cubed. What is said and what is done are two very different things, but you only find that out after you've signed on. Management tends to be unapproachable despite talk of open door policies. Internal politics is rampant and rough. Their business model is built around two very large accounts, so they are highly vulnerable to changes to either.
