Pros

Flexible work hours. Good place for lazy journalists who want to take home salary at end of every month for contributing meaningless content. There are indeed many losers who are still happily working here, more than half a decade. God knows, why?

Cons

The company is nothing but a content farm. No original content. The people at managerial level are unbelievably incompetent and unprofessional. Decisions are biased and the management does not take any responsibility of things in the India office. Although it is lil' better in US & UK team (Was earlier in US team) The company drastically lacks direction and keeps changing its policies. So does the new executive editor (ex-resident editor of Mid-Day & Dainik Jagran) who only works for his vested interests. There are many undeserving employees who reap high salaries by acting over-smart and nosy. The editorial is comprised of the worst and least-qualified journalists I've ever encountered. Lots of clickbait and misleading articles. Many of them can't even write basic English. Can you imagine that? IBTimes India is a dead water.

Worst Media House on Earth

Pros

In the name of cost-cutting, freshers get hired in hundreds every year. The best place for lazy journalists Nobody cares about performance especially if you work on dirt-cheap salary structure.

Cons

Management has no clue about operating a full-fledged media house or drive quality content. There is a lot of mismanagement and false promises made to junior employees while good performance will be discounted if your salary is higher than your peers. Poor growth opportunities for senior employees and performers as management is only concerned about securing its own position in the company. Serious lack of respect for senior employees regardless of the achievements and performance levels delivered, thanks to dirt-cheap politics and muckraking within the management. People write good reviews about the company on Google Plus (hoping to get personal favors) and then end up criticizing the management at workplace.
