      Pros

      Great employees, felt like family. Managers get paid well but not worth the stress.

      Cons

      The list is too long.. Ownership does not know how to take care of a good employee. 3rd and 4th generation only care about making money. Very low employee morale. No appreciation for anything. Ownership constantly puts you down. Never enough for them.

      Plenty of hours to go around, but making money is more important than treating employees with respect.

      - Plenty of hours - Some fun guys to work with. - Pretty easy work.

      Cons

      - Management are money hungry, took me a month of talking to the owner to get a check fixed. - Treat employees like tools rather than people. - Don't give you the legally allowed breaks, people would work 10 hour shifts and get a half hour break sometimes.
