      Through this company I have learnt to recruit candidates for non IT n IT candidates Learnt to use naukri done with screening sourcing on boarding facility and bulk hiring process .

      Cons

      The company was just launched in belgaum in January 2024 n is shut down now due to losses in Belgaum through some internal management problems
