1)Although an aspiring global company, thier understanding of different markets is astonishingly bad especially with the years of experience they have in these markets spefically Asia. And yes, they have a market development team also! 2) What could be thier most important market in the coming years - APAC, they have probably the most toxic leadership amongst all regions and they are stuck where they are for the longest time. 3) Sales people can always be replaced - they carry a 1980's mentality and clear sign of a company which is bound to get stuck for years to come. 4) The Global leadership is clueless and worse -repetitive even if the market are changing. 5) Toxic behaviors are tolerated even encouraged, politics within teams is rampant and if you were to report the same, be ready to be singled out.
