      1.Good place for starting your career. 2. Job security 3. Other benefits like health insurance for entire family , transport facility 4.no night shift except covance process.

      Cons

      Long working hours though it depends on your process.there are some process you feel like govt job . But mine is very bad as far as work life balance's concern.
