    I have been working at ICS Advanced Technologies for more than a year

    Pros

    The work from home was a nice feature. Training didn't take too long, which was nice.

    Cons

    Call volume and pay don't match. I felt like "I don't get paid enough for this crap" a lot due to the angry callers. Probably should have checked the google reviews before I started.

    I have been working at ICS Advanced Technologies full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    training was done remotely for only 5 days. my supervisor is great other supervisors seem to be nice too you are given a list of available schedules to pick. the schedule you pick is your set schedule, never changes. you work from home, you need internet, landline and headset no sales, just taking payments

    Cons

    the call volume is VERY high. the schedule you pick when you get hired you are pretty much stuck with it. can request a schedule change AFTER 3 months of employment.
