      Pros

      Close to metro station is the only pro.

      Cons

      Management without decision making capabilities. Rude behavior towards employees. You scratch their back and they are happy. Salary is always late literally always. 15th is like normal. Stinking washroom.

      Daily commute easy as near to metro station.

      Cons

      Very bad work culture. No work life balance. Too much internal politics. No growth. Bad management. Owner wife has behaviour problems. Salary is always late coming. They just care about personal benefits. Don't care about employees.
