So many. No culture. No Work. At the time of hiring they told me that lots of good project are coming... but they still coming. Nothing has come till now even after 6 months... and seems nothing will come in future too... Company has hired most of the employees from B grade and C grade software companies... no employee belongs to any A grade company. These low profile employees are spoiling the culture of the company... Its reason is the management.... they do interviews continuously..in week days ...and in ..weekend too..but not able to find good candidates....:). Actually-....it is not to find the Best Suitable candidate........it is to find cheapest employee....and in this process they have rejected so many good candidates .... now due to this no good candidate comes here for the interview....!!!

There are many:- No job security , I have seen management firing people instantly. As a fresher if you are joining , don't make this mistake. Call center give more salary than fresher salary here. Fake promises of increment and a lot more things but zero implementation. Product Manager don't talk with respect. Also force everyone to stay late and if you going early or if you ask for help they will taunt you and make you feel like you did a crime. No appreciation of good work. No professionalism at all. No HR is there .
