Pros

I've been working at IDIQ since February 2024, and it's been a great experience so far. The company offers a friendly and supportive environment, making it easy to collaborate with colleagues. - Decent pay and benefits - Flexible working hours (9 am - 6 pm) - Friendly and approachable team members - Opportunities for growth and development

- Job stability - Benefits after 30 days

Cons

- Long work days dealing with rude, aggressive people - Customer service job, however, you are required to have a minimum save rate (sales) - Micro managing - Not much room for improvement, unless you suck up to everyone who's in management - They don't take care of current employees, they just replace them every few months
