Pros
Easy to get a hold of higher management since there isn't much bureaucratic tape you must dodge. Casual work environment for the most part but it is warehousing so one would assume shirt and tie isn't necessary.
Cons
Make sure you make no plans with your family or friends once you work here since this place will consume you. There is no work life and personal life balance since management will expect you to work 11+ hour days and weekends all the time. Working employees to the bone to try and meet deadlines to ship out product from the distribution centers is the norm here.
