the company has good intentions, but lacks in communication toward employees and ultimately their growth and well-being. This creates anxiety and insecurity. They shoot themselves in the foot by being short sighted on where to spend money and help the employee

Slow to adopt change and top down communication could use improvement.

Domination in the peer group, the core team is chosen based on how well you know the person rather than verifying how qualifies he is, there is no proper communication between all members in the society

Senior Management needs to show less favoritism, very poor communication skills, not utilizing employee's potential fully.

Slow in getting promotions. In my opinion Top management CEO / CTO have no clue on what they are doing. I don't think they know what employees think about them and their action or they don't care. Really bad in communication with employees.
