      I worked for 2 years in this company. Personally I learned so many useful things but overall experience is very bad.

      Handsome Salary, good experience for short term, Can be exposed to different technical and non technical fields

      Cons

      No Social life, very remote area, no travelling facilities, It's not a good company to continue for a long time If you continue as an Engineer you will become a non tech person.

      Ruins IT Career. 12-14 hours of work it can expand because it depends on management moods . Politics no one wants to do work but give lecture to Trainees that how to work in plant more than the timings. Make differences between BTech and other graduate Trainees no worklife balance, they want to know each and everything person or any thing you have to tell them if you are taking leave then you have to face the bad faces from the day you have told them about leave . low grades please donot join IFFCO if you are from it background
