      Pros

      no pros excpet that there are good technician

      Cons

      complete inbreeding, most of the faculties staff scientist are phd and postdoc from directors lab, there isnt a scientific environment and no scientific outreach, there are racist people, everyone isnt bad but few are enough to make your life hell. No help is given to international student in time of help people turn their back. In few labs there isnt work life balance they make one work like donkey.

      Researcher friendly, abundant amenities, research instruments, well organized, safety rules well implemented, good facilities and back up to foreign researchers, good interactive environment

      Cons

      Less number of research stream, more lab space is required, more fellowship opportunities needed, more funding is required

      1.Some truly motivated scientific individuals and good labs to work in. Great publication due to good work coming out every year. 2. Good free lunch 3. Very efficient welcome office

      Cons

      1. More than 20 people has resigned in 2021 just because of mismanagement 2. Disastrous HR not supporting employees and pulling some immoral as well as illegal stunts 3. Inbreeding, power hungry egomaniac bosses exploiting students and postdocs alike.
