      Good learning experience and skill development through client-facing project. Excellent and prompt support in payroll, HR, benefits related questions.

      Cons

      Being embedded at a client site may limit in-person interaction with the internal team.

      Pros

      - IGNW flexible hours and remote work assignments. - Chris Coddington has been an excellent recruiter providing steady work flow with multiple PM and Project Coordinator assignments. - Have also enjoyed working with assigned engagement managers (Mark Vorel and Jeremy Farley with my most recent assignment at RTD. All of my IGNW/CDW managers during the last 2-3 years have provided excellent support.

      Cons

      - Recent assignments have been less than 10 hours per week. Would prefer 20+ hours but happy to get the work. - No other cons.
