      The worst place to work.Unless you have no other choice, but just use it as a bridge to cross until you find better job.

      Pros

      Good place to work without politic and Micro management CEO.

      Cons

      This company has the worst management system, especially the CEO who run the show. you must have three skill set in order to fit in his team. 1-Politic 2-Don't want to work hard, love coffee breaks. 3-Good at PR. CEO has no trust in any employees, love micro management, don't believe in chain of commands. Love to walk the production floor more often, give direct order to production staff instead their managers/supervisors. Has high rate of turn over. middle management and their staffs will get eliminated if they didn't fit his favoritism list. Expect long working hours, under pay, no appreciation, all his lazy favorite staffs share same bonus as other employees who put their best effort day in and out. This company can has a better potential and working environment place without this politician, CEO.,like other company in the world that know how to treat and appreciate their employees effort.

      Pay no attention to the fluff reviews. Company had potential but the same old management leads to the same old outcome.

      Pros

      You may gain some experience but it's unlikely. Some good benefits, Quarterly bonuses, though they may get pushed back two quarters straight.

      Cons

      Seat warmer managers wherever you turn. More interested in the position than the company and employees. The company has no direction, And is more interested in cracking down on low-level employees who's actions and dispositions are a direct reflection of their leadership. If you come here be a bad employee as bad behavior here is rewarded, be prepared to be disappointed by false promises. The fluff reviews are exactly what they are fluff.

      Pros

      Pay is above average for the position, Physical work environment is good. Company mission is to make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Pay HAS to be above average for the area is EXPENSIVE to live in. Doesn't leave much room in the budget for anything if you are single or are a single income family. Some what racist-you're somewhat looked down upon if you don't speak Spanish, or Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, etc. Management are masters of your area-whether they know your job or not.
