      Very flexible with student schedules, great on-the-job training, consistently offer attorney positions to graduating students already working as clerks, great bonuses, will cover bar renewal fees

      Not much opportunity for growth/upward mobility, salary comparatively low and does not tend to increase

      There is always work to be done, which is both challenging and fulfilling.

      Cons

      Immigration now and in the past 10 years takes an emotional toll and clients are not always aware of our struggles, which can make the stress borderline untenable.
