      No work pressure, team lunch, yearly bash, join as mgr then enjoy (laptop common, iphone, onsite, cab n internet dongle etc. Below mgr worse. On time salary. Recommented for ladies.

      Cons

      90 days np, no traning, one man army, no hike 12%, 10,8,5,2,1%, get reduced on each appraisal no scope 4 devp. Fresher should join n experi. should avoid especially IT except salsforce team. Np mandatory though mgr accept resiganation HR will calculate difference in day n will surly deduct from fnf. Dont expect any thg. from team n mgnt except salary.
