      Pros

      Flexibility, free shirts, dept managers are ok. Very crammed as the company is growing very quickly. People who work there in each department are mostly friendly.

      Cons

      No job security, doesn't develop employees, would rather fire and find someone else. Very gossipy atmosphere. Continuously get barked at for doing things wrong and.never recognized for doing things right.

      nice building and amenities, nice HR team, pay and PTO is adequate, company frequently buys the staff lunch

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication between managers and staff, gossip by managers to staff about other managers, random/varying hours with short notice to shift changes, inadequate training. Very poor time management skills.
