Pros

A good place to get plenty of client hours needed to fulfill the requirements of your internship. Full time staff do get access to insurance although the rates aren't great. Current office supervisors were great at time of leaving.

Cons

The company lost its SEDNET contract in 2015 making it harder to see clients at OCPS schools. Turnaround of both therapists and supervisors was high. (Although the current management at the time of leaving was great). There are weekly reports to upper management that state what your client hours are. Full time are expected to meet 20 or more client hours per week and will be given a false load of 25-30 or more to make sure you don't fall below those standards. This can lead to burnout. Mediocre insurance rates. No company matching on 401k (instead they choose to pay out in merit raises). It's difficult to achieve above a 3 percent merit raise because of how they score your reviews (3 out of 5 means you are doing your job as expected).

Pros

The company heavily promotes work/life balance. Very family friendly.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Does not pay accrued PTO time at voluntary separation. Agency is very reactive instead of proactive. Lack of transparency. Does not match 401K contributions. Benefits are very expensive.

Pros

For me, it was working from home as a telehealth therapist however, keep in mind that they advertise telehealth positions and will promise you when they hire you that you will be strictly telehealth but eventually management will push you to be out in the community seeing clients ON TOP of your telehealth clients. So it's not worth it.

Cons

Where do I start? THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR! I was laid off while pregnant. Management/HR/my supervisors all knew I was pregnant and a high risk pregnancy at that - I told them all early on and explained that I would not be able to see clients in the community ON TOP of my telehealth clients. No one "seemed" to have an issue with this....that is so I thought and didn't realize until I was laid off. It is completely inhumane as they acted like I made the high risk pregnancy up and when I confronted them about it they told me "I never provided any kind proof." Which of course they never asked for and by law I am not obligated to do so. The whole thing has made me sick to my stomach because this company and the CEO don't give a damn about their employees they just want to continue pocketing their hefty paychecks off of medicaid individuals and therapists who barely make minimum wage. You will get paid more if you work at Disney than if you work for this company. Everything they tell you during the interview is a lie so don't believe it or better yet don't bother applying if you want to save yourself a massive headache.
