Nothing absolutely nothing is there to praise

This company is a nightmare to work for if you are working with Disha. She is owners sister and someone who can not respect a single soul. She doesn't know how to talk and no wonder no one in the team is happy there. People are just finding way out. She is rude, insensitive and extremely unprofessional. Tried firing me in first week itself. There is no training. I hope the CEO understand that she is not the right person for this role.

I cannot think of any Pros except you can work from home

They do not provide any benefits, no work life balance. They expect you work on holidays and work for more than 12 hours.

Remote work and flexible work hours.

Cons

Toxic management. No training modules. No sop in place. Operations managers are intransigent liars. Management lies about task deadlines while assigning work to design and dev. team members.
