Pros

If you are incompetent, don't know your job very well and have little to no experience in the real world, you can be employed for years at this company.

Cons

From top to bottom, the company operates on fear of the tyrannical CEO. It is riddled with nepotism and has no upward mobility for minorities or women. Weekly meetings are filled with systemic politically charged hatred wrapped in hypocritical misinterpretations of the holy bible. Many good old boy cliques encourage a carry and conceal culture at work, with company sponsored target shooting and gun cleaning classes make me fearful of my life on a daily basis. The CEO is the cruelest, most inhumane, greedy, non self-aware, hypocritical, hateful sociopath I have ever known personally. I have witnessed too many closed door racist, homophobic, and sexist conversations to not believe it is the normal everyday acceptable behavior. HR (despite giving themselves good reviews on glass door) are the companies biased, enablers - any conversation with them falls on def ears but not before branding your file with a Scarlett letter. I love everyone I know that works for this company but would not suggest even my worst enemy to take a job there.

Pros

There were no pros for this job.

Cons

-If you want to be micro-managed morning, noon, and night, receive e-mails throughout the night (3am, 4am, 5am, etc.) this is the perfect job for you! -Upper Management is filled with the most thin skinned human beings (MALES ONLY), self-absorbed narcissist, misogynistic human beings! I highly recommend no one falls for their lines of BS and considers taking a position with this team

Pros

It's a great company overall. The campus is beautiful and the people are nice. They also have a great work/life balance. Everyone is gone at 5 on the dot.

Cons

Even though they've separated from their parent company Inspiration Ministries, they share the same building and many of the same people are there. Everything that goes well is attributed to Jesus. And here, I thought it was hard work.
