Good place for learning Good onsite opportunities if you are in R&D You can able to learn about politics if you have work for few year, you will have good ability to sustain in other companies

Cons

Salary is not up to the market, good growing company which means no growth for employees you can able to grow, if you work with purchase dept in wrong way
