None. Not any. They speak loudly about their infrastuture and market dominace.
Cons
-All the perks are removed and added to salary . Therefore inflated packages. -politics -haphazard management - no transparency in decisions. U are expected to just follow what senior management says. - no training. U are supposed to just figure it out yourselves. - u are just like a worker who is supposed to work atleast 9 hrs. - no flexible wfh policies. - no social life . All the people have just become worklogs. - no growth opprtunities. - dull repitituve work.their motto is just buying out their competitors and reenginering their product.
