1.Indian ethics--You are expected to call one particular Noida director of this company as 'SIR' 2.You are expect to stay in this company for 5 years ( unofficial paper will be given to you for this while joining) (Try leaving before that 5 year period !! ) - Job stability 3.Punctuality-- Time spent at office is expected to be 9.5 hours/day--( time you will spend going out for a smoke or chat will be subtracted) -- firing in progress for guys who spent less than 8.5 hrs in office/day during the last quarter. 4.No cafeteria--more productivity. 5.No HR process- Freedom from bureaucracy. 6.Secure feeling for Women- Please don't dare ask for cabs- doesn't matter whether you are male or female doing the normal or night shift-- This request makes SIR uneasy as he can not trust any drivers from NCR region.
