Nothing to share as Pro except for the humble director who was helpless due to his HR

Cons

-Bad Attitude HR -Communal preference (minority) -Rules change on the fly -Hire when needed - throw out when not needed, bad attitude. (not applicable for minorities) -Loyal people are treated badly -Unnecessary top management hiring who are useless to the growth of organisation.

Top management intervention for each and every minor issues/tasks. Unnecessary daily/weekly conference call with all New joinee must receive a request from HR to write some great words for their company in order to post your email on social media for publicity Unreachable single HR There is no additional perks and benefits of a single penny for your over time work and efforts. Reputed organization for lay off Poor Management
