Salary increment, bonuses, etc are given in a communist way - everyone gets almost the same amount regardless of performance. There is a very obvious sense of favoritism going on - those who suck up to the boss gets more. Zero training given by the company - u are expected to learn everything on your own and during your own time. Almost all employees are young fresh grads - the reason is because the company is too stingy to pay for professionals even though it's very clear that's what they need to grow. No matter how long you've worked here, and no matter how much skills you've gained, your salary increment doesn't justify your growth. Every year there will be mass resignations due to all these reasons. So unless you have zero skills, this is not the place to work at.
