      Pros

      Salary disbursal on time. For day shift guys it's heaven. U get a lot to learn from experienced guys who are very helpful at times.

      Cons

      salary is very less compared to other companies. shift allowances for day shift can be improved by atleast 30% transport allowance below par. food is also not provided. No flexible working hours. WFH option is available but it's allowances are very less. No or very less snacks for night shift guys.
