We cannot verify that this message was posted by an actual employee of IPD Analytics. We have never let anyone go in a Patent Researcher role, nor have we ever employed a Patent Searcher in the New Delhi area. We have reason to believe that this post was from a candidate that recently interviewed, but did not receive an offer, representing themselves as an employee. Unfortunately, this individual was very unhappy they could not become part of the IPD team.

We believe that this is not an authentic review. A current employee did not write this review. Rather, we have great reason to believe that it was submitted by a candidate upset that they did not receive an offer. A current Technical Specialist (interviewer) was targeted here and cast in a negative light. At IPD, we approach hiring very carefully- considering hard and soft skill sets, and most importantly, culture fit. We value all employees and their contributions, and do not consider any team to be above another. It's quite a shame that someone might go to this length following our thorough and fair interviewing process.
